Certified English translations of birth and marriage certificates, IDs, diplomas, transcripts, contracts and more — each with a signed certificate of accuracy accepted by USCIS, courts, schools and Texas agencies. Our licensed Texas notary handles in-person and remote online notarization, and we prepare and file apostilles for documents you need to use abroad.

Are government and agency fees included in your prices?
No. Our prices are our professional service and preparation fees. State, county, city, TABC, TCEQ, filing, inspection, fingerprint, bond and course fees are separate, and we tell you the exact amount before we file.
How long does a TABC or tobacco permit take?
Timing depends on the agency, your location and whether your property and documents are ready. During your free consultation we give you a realistic timeline and a checklist so nothing slows it down.
Can you help if I am buying an existing store?
Yes. Change of ownership is one of our most common requests — health permit transfer, sales tax permit, TABC, tobacco, lottery, EBT/SNAP and the certificate of occupancy for the new owner.
Do you work with auto and salvage dealers?
Yes. New dealer and salvage dealer licenses, renewals every two years, the pre-license dealer course, metal plates and the motor vehicle sales tax permit.
How do I pay?
You can pay online by card on our payment page, by Zelle, or by check in person. Online card payments send you an email receipt automatically.
Are your translations official?
Yes. Every certified translation comes with a signed certificate of accuracy stating the translation is complete and correct. That is the standard USCIS and most U.S. agencies, courts and schools require. If your receiving office specifically asks for a notarized translation, tell us and we will arrange notarization of the translator’s certificate.
What is an apostille and do you do them?
An apostille is the official certificate that makes a U.S. document valid in another country (birth and marriage certificates, diplomas, powers of attorney, company documents). Yes — we notarize when needed, prepare the request and file it with the Texas Secretary of State. Our price includes the $15 state fee. Federal documents such as FBI background checks go through the U.S. Department of State; ask us for a quote.
Do you offer notary services?
Yes. We have a licensed Texas notary for in-person notarization and Remote Online Notary (RON) for documents you need to sign from anywhere. Notary fees follow the amounts set by Texas law.
